Return requests

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

For ordinary returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are eligible for a refund. The ordinary-return condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return shipping

Iron Aura Wear pays the return shipping costs.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer or another payment method agreed upon with you, including for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
